There is a floor drain right in the middle of the room with the obvious grading around it. I was thinking about scribing sleepers in that area to make it flat enough to place the flooring. But the floor slopes towards the drain pretty aggressively. There is obviously some grading in the rest of the room but it is very suttle and smooth so i don t think it would be an issue. The concrete sub floor seems flat enough for the flooring except for around the floor drain.

If the floor was flat level i would just cover it up and assume it s fine. I m trying to figure the best way to install the flooring in that area. It s flat ish for most of the room but the 2 feet or so around the drain are sloped quite a bit. It dropps about 1 2 in about a 8 radius around the drain 16 diameter total.

Luckily it s close to the wall and kitchen sink where it will rarely be walked on.
